Return Policy


Upon receipt, the customer is obliged to check the items in order to confirm the absence of defects. In case of defective item, the customer is entitled to refuse the receipt of the item and return it to the distributor, otherwise to announce the existence of defects within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of the item. If this period expires, customer loses any relevant right and it is considered that the defect was caused after delivery. The COMPANY is obliged to replace the defective item with another one in a short period of time.

You can also return any product for free and get your money back, in case the return is due to our company error (the return can be done by issuing a credit or by refunding money). The return policy doesn’t apply to products on special offer.

The return of the item must be done by our cooperate courier company and delivered to our headquarters. We have the right to refuse returns by post. The merchandise is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Our company is entitled to accept the return of the item only within the above mentioned period of time, in case there is no corruption and is accompanied by purchase proof.

To return your order you must first know the order number and select return or change. We cannot do this without these details, so please make sure you have completed and enclosed in your package the “return form” that you will find here.

In case of return of an item, provided that it has been checked by the COMPANY, the item will be replaced, otherwise if the customer doesn’t wish a replacement, the money will be returned to the customer, in the way he paid the value. In particular, in case of a credit card charge, the COMPANY will be obliged to notify the issuing bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will then proceed with any transaction according to the contract it has been signed with the customer.

The refund will be made no later than fourteen (14) working days for both product and money.

Customs expenses are charged when the order arrives in the country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. Due to the fact that political and customs charges vary significantly from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information. When there are customs charges, they may affect the delivery time of your parcel.
